Frequently asked questions
- Where does the timber come from? We use hardwood timbers from Ireland, Europe and America all originating from environmentally managed forests, all hardwoods are kiln dried.
- What woods are available? We use a wide variety of Hardwoods, which include Oak, Ash, Cherry, Maple, Walnut, Syamore, with other hardwoods being available on request.
- What finish do you use? Heat resistant acrylic clear lacquer, mainly in satin and matt finishes, other finishes are available on request.
- How do I care for my Bevel Piece? All our pieces can be maintained in good condition simply by wiping at regular intervals with a soft chamois moistened with tepid water.
- Can you design an individual piece of furniture? We supply a Free Design Service and make pieces to suit your requirements so if you cannot find something you are looking for or if you needs vary from what you see, we encourage you to contact us or call to our Studio. It wasn't possible for us to feature all of our products or to completely explain what we offer.
- How do I Order? Every one here wants to make sure your experience of purchasing Bevel furniture is pleasant and satisfying as possible. After your initial contact we would encourage you to come to visit our studio. Here we will personally assist you to meet your requirments. When you place an order, we will send you a written confirmation to ensure we have all the information correct.
- What are terms of payment? We require a 50% deposit to initiate your order. The balance is due prior to delivery. Most orders take 10 - 12 weeks to build, but this can vary depending on our schedule.
- Do you deliver? Yes, most of our furniture is delivered by Courier, the cost of this service will vary with destination and furniture ordered, When your order is nearing completion we will call you to arrange a delivery time. For deliveries outside Ireland please contact us.
